We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team.

• 2-5 years PQE, ideally gained in private practice.
• on a variety of Corporate and Commercial matters to undertake an existing Corporate Commercial caseload, principally SME disposal / acquisitions, MBOs and Joint-ventures and Commercial Contracts including supply agreements, licensing and software agreements, terms and conditions of trading, shareholder / partnership / LLP agreements.
