A modern boutique commercial IP & Technology firm are recruiting for a senior corporate solicitor to assist with their busy team. The firm are recognised as a leading technology law firm in the Legal 500, ranked in both the IT and telecoms and intellectual property categories. You will advise clients on corporate matters including setting up businesses, M&A, joint ventures and venture capital. You will join the team as a partner from day 1 and you will be given the assistance of a dedicated associate and the opportunity to further grow the team as you would like. There is an existing caseload of high quality work to start you off as you begin to business develop as this is the previous head of department’s workload. This person is an acknowledged expert in the fields of venture capital, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.

This is a fantastic opportunity with a firm who adopts a relaxed approach around billable hours and flexible working as well as having very good quality work. The culture at the firm is great and they are looking to take on a likeminded individual who will excel given the opportunity and the support to flourish in a partner role. They are happy to support the hire coming into the role with the help of a business development instructor if necessary. You will also have marketing support.
