This role is perfect for those who are passionate about education and aspire to make a difference in the lives of young people.As a Cover Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:Providing cover for a wide range of lessons across the school.Ensuring the continuity of learning in the absence of regular classroom teachers.Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a respectful atmosphere.Following lesson plans and delivering pre-prepared content effectively. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:Strong communication skills.Ability to engage and motivate students.Flexibility and adaptability.Resilience and patience.A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.Hold an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible.Legal right to work in the UK.
