As a cover supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning and supporting the school community.

Responsibilities:Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and activities across a range of subjects.

Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task and engaged with their learning.

Provide support to students who may require assistance with their work.

Communicate effectively with teaching staff to ensure a smooth transition for students.

Requirements:A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel between school locations.

Flexibility to work on short notice and adapt to changing schedules.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.

Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
