If you feel you are a highly motivated and passionate community psychiatric nurse with experience in working within a community setting and you wish to progress in your career to succeed in a new challenge this could be an excellent opportunity you may not want to pass you by!We are looking for a community psychiatric nurse to begin work as soon as possible taking on a case-load of working age adults (18-65) who are experiencing mental health problems such as: anxiety, depression, psychosis. Working with these adults you will be required to use your knowledge to identify safe and appropriate treatments for the service users.To be successful in this role you must display excellent skills in communication and use your knowledge to provide high quality care to the service users who will rely on your help. Day to day tasks in this role would include: supporting services, providing risk assessments, creating care plans and making referrals.
