CREDIT CONTROLLER£24,000 + £3k OTELONG EATON, NG10FULL TIME, PERMANENTSF Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller on behalf of an excellent business in the Nottingham area. Our client are keen to recruit an experienced credit controller to join their team to support with their busy operation supporting with high value aged debts.Key duties and responsibilities:Allocation of payments accuratelyMinimise credit balances and unallocated cashPrepare to send out customer statements/invoicesMonitor trade debt situation and minimise overdue debtSetting up of new accounts and credit checkingInitiate appropriate action with solicitors and review as and when requiredContinual monitoring of best practice credit control proceduresCollection of overdue debts by telephone / letter cycleDirect liaison with customers/colleagues to ensure debts collectedPerform any such other duties as you may reasonably be required to perform within the scope ofyour knowledge, skills and abilityYou will have a solid background within a similar type Credit Control position and the ability to work on your own initiative and work well within a busy environment. This position would suit a customer focused individual.
