This is a part time role working a minimum of 24 hours per week.
Hours and days are negotiable.

Quantity surveyors, Project ManagersHitting individual, and departmental KPI'sDealing with incoming customer queriesWorking the shared accounts mailboxesChasing invoices in line with the relevant timelineEscalating bad debts to management once all avenues have been exhaustedIssuing legal notices where appropriateDaily bank reconciliations, and cash allocationsCarrying out credit checks when requiredLiaising with internal departments to resolve invoice queriesHelping the rest of the team as requiredWhat You'll Need:Proven credit control experienceConfident, and professional manner on the telephone.
Diligent with good attention to detail.
Able to deal with strong / difficult clients.
Good team player, offering help to colleagues in other areas of the business when workload dictates.
Capable of working independently, and proactively.
Excellent IT skills, good knowledge of Excel.
Sage 200 experience (desirable).
Good problem-solving skills/using own initiative.
