Customer Service AdvisorLocation - Uddingston (free parking)My client based in Uddingston are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for the below opportunities.
Salary - £25k - £27kHours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - NO WEEKENDSDuties and Responsibilities: * High volume Inbound calls taking orders, uplift requests and help with general enquires* Set up specifications in system from quotes and link costings and cutting sheets into Product specs for future use* Input of sales orders, including printing orders, labels into the systems* Provide after sales customer service care via phone and help resolve any issues that the customers may have* Book in purchase orders while dealing with customers via the telephone * Liaise with production and transport regarding uplifts, delivery dates and timesDo you have experience as a Customer Service Advisor?
