Location: Heathrow Airport Shift Pattern: Flexibility required (Includes weekends, as well as morning and late shifts) Salary: £11.75PH Logic 360 are working alongside a major car rental company based at Heathrow Airport where will join part of their unique call handling team. You will work on a two-week advanced roster system covering 45 hours per week, shifts will include a mixture of 06:00-15:30, 08:00-17:30,10:30-20:00 & 13:30-23:00 The role is designed and related to driving customer service to a new high, handling customer enquiries, and administrative responsibility including accounts, collections and vehicle tracking. You will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers. If you have a strong customer service focus, close attention to detail, and strong computer skills this role could be for you.
