I am working with a leading global manufacturer who are looking for someone to join their customer service team on a permanent basis.
Hours of work: 8.30am – 5.15pm M-T and 8.30am – 1.30pm Friday
The role:
- Dealing with customers over the phone or via e-mail
- To deliver excellent customer service
- Process sales orders
- Prepare quotations and pricing sheets
- General admin duties
About you:
- Office / administration experience
- Good IT skills
- Builds strong relationships quickly & holds excellent communications skills
