Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the Engineering industry? Our client, a highly regarded company based in Halesowen, is seeking a Customer Service Call Handler to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be a flexible, self-motivated, and adaptable individual with some practical knowledge and experience using Excel.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:
To thrive in this position, candidates should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable, although training will be provided. A friendly and empathetic attitude, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure, are essential for success.
