I am currently recruiting for my Telford based client for a Customer Services Representative/ Administrator on a permanent basis.
Salary depends on experienceHours 8.
45am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.
45am - 4.
30pm Friday25 days holiday + bank holidaysPensionResponsibilities for Customer Services Representative/ Administrator: * Dealing with customers enquiries via phone and email * Updating various systems * Ensuring clients are updated in regards to delivery * Supporting with invoice queriesRequirements for Customer Services Representative/ Administrator:Previous extensive experience in a telephone based customer services role * Basic SAP knowledge desirable * Good data entry skills * Good telephone manner * Ability to multi task * Good eye for detailContact Steph at Major Recruitment Telford for more information on the Customer Services Representative/ Administrator role.
