The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing assistance with product orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to think quickly and provide solutions in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and who can work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner. * Provide accurate information about products and services. * Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed. * Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate personnel. * Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the resolution of their issue.Job Types: * Full-time, Permanent * Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)Salary: * £21,500 - £22,500 per anummExperience Required: * Previous experience working in a busy office environment * 2 years expereince within a customer service role * Confident telephone manner
