Customer Service Specialist in Nottingham

Job role: Customer Service SpecialistSalary: Dependant on experiencePosition: PermanentLocation: Nottingham City Centre/Hybrid working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pmHarper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a successful financial services firm based in Nottingham city centre.

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to the team and their clients.

What will the role involve?

Manage complaints through to resolution, maintaining relationships and delivering a high standard of customer service at all timesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and third party suppliersEffectively manage all assigned cases and escalate complaints to senior management and external authorities when necessary, maintaining thorough investigations and audit trailsAssist in training new team members and supporting colleagues to achieve team goalsTake responsibility for managing Trust Pilot, Social Media queries, Discretions and Trustee Mandate referralsProvide accurate and customer focused complaint resolution communications in a timely mannerPerform any other ad hoc duties as required by your ManagerWho are we looking for?

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate the ability to be adaptableGood understanding of the Microsoft packageExperience with a customer within a customer service or complaint handling is essentialProven experience working within financial services is desirableWhat's in it for you?
