CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENTS REQUIREDLocation: HuddersfieldFree Parking, and accessible by public transportBasis: Full-Time / Permanent Contract - working 5 out of 7 days (will include bank holidays & weekends)30 days holiday per yearSalary = £24960 + BonusesWelcoming / Friendly TeamRegular training and update sessionsThe Primary function of the role:Being the first point of contact for customers to assist with their enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure all customers have a positive experience to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.Requirements:Attention to detail and good levels of organisationDeveloped verbal and written communication skills -able to speak to a wide range of customersListening SkillsProactive approach to problem solving and addressing customer needs.The ability to MultitaskPositive attitude to drive sales and work well as a team.Hours of work 5 days out of 7 including one weekend day per week - **Typical hours would be 3 x 8.30 -5.30 / 1 x 8-5 and 1 weekend day 9am-5pm**CPHuddsThe Recruitment Co. is an equal opportunities employer and we're committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
