This growing Design and build main contractor specialise the new build refurbishment of industrial and Commercial projects across the UK valuing up to £20M. Having thrived since being established this company have thrived since being established and have a clear growth plan double turnover over the next 6 months having already secured half of their pipeline for the next year.This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Design Manager to join an exciting role within the business playing a pivotal role within a growing business and contributing to their success.In this role you will be responsible for overseeing seamless delivery of multiple projects. You will be responsible for managing external stakeholders such as Architects, Structural Engineers and Building Surveyors and overseeing drawings ensuring they're compliant with building regulations. You will lead design team meetings with the construction managers bridging the gap between building and construction assisting with any design queries and conducting quality checks.The ideal candidate will have an architectural technologist background from either a contractor or consultancy with a strong understanding of Building and Architecture on refurbishment projects.
