Director of Architecture
Synchro is working closely with a large household name client of ours, and we are hiring for a Senior and highly experienced Director of Architecture to create and own a whole Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture strategy.
Leading a large team of Architects including internal and external partners, you will manage multiple workstreams and products and take the lead on driving architecture principles, practices, and methodologies, including infrastructure and cyber best practice.
You will have strong experience of Cloud computing, particularly within Microsoft Azure, with experience of migration.
Who You Are
- senior and experienced ‘Head of’, ‘Director’ or ‘Manager’ of Architects, ideally with experience in a fast paced, technology lead business.
- large teams of Architects, ideally in excess of 20.
- thorough working knowledge of leading Architecture teams through large scale digital transformation programmes.
- Cloud Computing experience ideally within Azure.
- previously held budget responsibility of £100m+.
Role Summary
Role: Director of Architecture
Salary: £120,000 - £140,000 base salary + excellent bonus, LTIP, healthcare, car (or car allowance)
Location: Central London – Hybrid working with 2-3 days on-site
