Lawrence Harvey are currently working with a leading Charity who are currently on the lookout for a Dynamics CRM Technical Lead for the next 6-months (initially)
Dynamics CRM Technical Lead - Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise on CRM Software functionality, data management and IT Business processes
- Ensure all assigned immediate development work, upgrades, and support requests are dealt with to agreed levels of service and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring the non-functional requirements are delivered and supporting the delivery of functional requirements
- Supporting and assisting with other staff within the IT Applications team and across the IT department.
Dynamics CRM Technical Lead - Requirements:
- Strong Knowledge and recent experience in Dynamics 365 implementations as a technical leadSr
- Experience in product ownership/leading CRM projects
- Previous experience in stakeholder management
- Good knowledge and understanding of IT concepts and architectures and implementing and delivering IT services
