About Flourish Education

Flourish Education have been building strong relationships with educational establishments and top talent since 2010; supplying teachers, teaching assistants and non-teaching staff into schools, colleges, children's centres and nurseries across the West Midlands.

Flourish Education was sprouted from the idea that local schools needed local educational recruitment specialists to be able to fully understand the specific challenges that each individual school faces.

The directors recognised that every school has their own unique culture, community and specific recruitment challenges. Through clear and consultative communication; Flourish’s aim has always been to build quality, long-term partnerships between candidates, schools and Flourish Education; ensuring that the right candidate is matched to the right school.

From humble beginnings in a home office, Flourish Education has gone from strength to strength and dare we say is now “flourishing”!

We have grown slowly but consistently and now have an experienced and passionate recruitment team with Consultants and Candidate Care consultants working closely together, providing excellent support and care towards both schools and candidates alike. With teams built serving geographical areas, the consultants within these teams live within their areas giving them a great insight and understanding of local communities and challenges.

We also have a strong compliance department which oversees our rigorous compliance and recruitment process ensuring candidates are only placed in schools once we have verified that they are safe and that they have the relevant experience for the role that they have applied for.

Our MD, Grant Taylor is constantly pushing us forward, ensuring that we are the first point of call for Schools and Top Talent across the West Midlands by being an insightful, forward thinking and knowledgeable Local Education Recruitment Specialist.
