Electrical Shift Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Victoria - Up to £44,000Are you looking for a fresh challenge?Are you fully electrically qualified?If the answer is yes, then read on....An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Victoria has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical engineer's to be based in a commercial office blue chip contract located in Victoria. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Electrical or mechanical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £44,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.Hours of work4 on 4 off 07:00am - 19.00pm Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Maintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsRequirementsElectrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesA proven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsClient Facing
