Electrical Manager Stoke £47,000 Car allowance Performance Bonus BriefElectrical Manager needed for a well known construction organisation based in Stoke who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Electrical Manager that takes pride in their work.The successful candidate requires an individual with good people, communication and organisational skills, as well someone who is able to manage priorities and deadlines, along with good time management!BenefitsSalary: £45,000 - £47,000 per annumCar allowancePrivate medical care24 day's holidayVariable annual bonus based 5-15%Pension PlanCareer Progression What the role entails:Some of the main duties of the Electrical Manager will include:Responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the engineering staff in order to meet the contractual agreementAssist in the preparation of emergency and contingency plansMaintain records appertaining to the PPM schedule, ensuring the estate remains statutory compliantOversee all contract activities, both maintenance, reactive and projects and ensure all safety aspects are managed and monitored in accordance with site procedures and requirementsUndertake tasks associated with staff during peak workloads and provide holiday and sickness coverStaff supervision including all full-time, part-time, sub-contractors and specialist providersTake ownership of the client's needs and pursue effective communications with the customer in order to build a stable relationshipBe proactive with regard to preventative maintenance and extra worksBe available to attend or manage emergency call-outs and provide written incident reports as requiredBe responsible for managing work force activity, monitor and report on the efficiencies of the engineering team What experience you need to be the successful Electrical Manager:Time served (C&G) Electrical qualificationsC&G 2391 Electrical Inspection & Testing qualificationGood working knowledge of building FabricHealth & Safety knowledge and experience within occupied premisesGood communication skillsIOSHIPAF / PASMA Qualification (desirable)Good IT skillsThis really is a fantastic opportunity for a Electrical Manager to progress their career.
