An experienced Electrical Project Manager with at least 3 years of project management experience is needed to join the team at Lecter, based in Aylesbury on a full-time basis. We are looking for an Electrical Project Manager with technical knowledge of commercial electrical installations to join our growing team. Our work is mainly based in London and home counties with project sizes ranging from £10K to £2 million. Key Responsibilities:Taking responsibility for the project from initial project handover through to project completionAttending site to ensure the project is on programme and installation is delivered to a high standardAttending site meetings, liaising with clients and subcontractorsHealth and safety documentation and toolbox talksMaterial management and orderingProject financial management and managing variations throughout the projectCompleting OMMs ready for issue before project completion, with assistance from admin and drawing teamRequired Experience:Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial, electrical project manager within the fit-out industryHave a full UK driving licence, be eligible to work in the UK and be fluent when speaking and writing EnglishBe a qualified electrician/engineer and have previous commercial installation experience (a valid CSCS gold card is necessary)Be up to date with current IEE regulations and the current edition of BS7671 wiring regulations and hold an up-to-date associated qualificationRequired Skills:Be able to multitask and prioritise between projects and tasksHave a forward-thinking and proactive attitudeHave a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook on a Windows PCHave good communication and professional people-management skills and show this in a commercial environmentBenefits:Company phone & IT equipment20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidaysPension contributions to workplace pension schemeDiscretionary company shutdown period over Christmas, subject to workloadSubsidised business mileage and reimbursed business-related expensesCompany eventsSounds interesting?
