TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for an Electrical Project Manager to join our rapidly growing client based in Milton Keynes.
The projects will be carried out on commercial spaces.
In this role you will be managing a variety of different fit out projects in a range of environments from Offices, Schools, Hospitals and Warehouses.
As an Electrical Project Manager your duties will be but not limited to – * Managing various fit-out projects * Site meetings * Ensuring milestones and completion dates are achieved * Monitoring projects, ensuring enough material is on site * Budgets and targets * Health and safetyThe position is both Office and Site Based.
With working hours of 08:00am – 05:00pm Monday to Friday.
Salary is from £55,000 - depending on experience.
Requirements - * Over 4 years UK experience working in the construction sector on industrial/warehouse fit-out and refurbishment projects.
* SMSTS * Knowledge of JCT / NEC contracts * Full UK Driving License * First AidThis is a permanent position, with a benefits package included.
