Electrician in Doncaster

Caddy Group are looking to speak to Electricians for a permanent role with a leading healthcare contractor.

This exciting opportunity involves working on healthcare projects nationwide.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in contributing to the electrical aspects of healthcare facility construction and maintenance.

There is also career advancement potential to become an Electrical Site Manager.

The candidate MUST be willing to work away from home.

Key Responsibilities: * Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance work in accordance with relevant regulations and project specifications.

* Travel to different healthcare sites nationwide to support various projects.

* Work collaboratively with other trades, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.

* Adhere to all safety protocols, industry standards, and healthcare regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

* Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by the company.

The goal is to train and prepare the candidate for future roles, including the potential to become an Electrical Site Manager.

* Ensure the quality of electrical work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.

Qualifications and Skills: * Level 3 NVQ/JIB Gold Card * Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably within the healthcare sector.

* Willingness to travel nationwide as required by project locations.

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.

* Ability to adapt to different project requirements and work environments.

* Demonstrated interest in learning and developing skills for future leadership roles.
