Our client is a dynamic and innovative fitness brand dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for creating a supportive and motivating environment, they are now looking for an employee engagement specialist to join this fantastic team. This is a brand new and exciting role and the successful candidate will be responsible for the employee value proposition delivery and strategy.

Some of the key responsibilities of this super exciting new role:

1. Responsible for bringing the employee value proposition to life and helping it breathe throughout the business!
2. Employee Engagement Programs: Develop, implement, and evaluate employee engagement programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing staff satisfaction, motivation, and overall well-being.
3. Training and Development: Collaborate with the HR department to identify training and development needs for staff members and coordinate relevant programs and workshops to support their professional growth.
4. Employee Relations: Serve as a resource for employees regarding workplace issues, conflicts, and grievances, and provide guidance and support in resolving them effectively.

About you:

• You must currently be in/ have experience in a senior L&D position
• An ideal candidate will have experience of bringing an employee value proposition to life. Coaching experience/ qualification is also highly favourable
• An excellent communicator and strong influencing skills.
• • Demonstrable experience working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders at
• all levels
• • Experience of designing training programmes that maximise engagement
• • You will be a problem solver, adaptable and have a clear appreciation of the power
• of a well-activated EVP
