The Role

Employment Partner - Up to £200,000 salary + Benefits & Bonus

This is a superb opportunity to join a Top 60 law firm, offering specialist quality legal advice to commercial clients and private individuals, based in Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, including contentious and non-contentious employment related matters. However, the workload is as varied as the client base, with a range of Private and Public sector clients.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 years post qualification experience and work closely with the Head of Department on business development.

The Candidate

• Employment Solicitor with at least 6 years post qualification experience or equivalent
• A portable client following circa £300,000 or more
• Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
