The Role

Employment Partner - £Competitive + Fully Benefits Package & Bonus

This is a superb opportunity to join a Top 100 law firm, offering specialist quality legal advice to commercial clients and private individuals in their London City office.

The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, including contentious and non-contentious employment-related matters. However, the workload is as varied as the client base, with a range of Private and Public sector clients consisting of high-net-worth individuals, OMBs, and SMEs. The role involves working closely with the Head of Department on business development opportunities, as well as supervising and delegating work to junior solicitors in the team.

The successful candidate will have gained extensive employment experience from a reputable national firm and have a strong network of clients throughout London.

The Candidate

• Employment Solicitor with at least 6 years post-qualification experience from a national practice
• A portable client following circa £300,000 or more is essential
• Commercial acumen and a passion for business development
• Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload of employment matters
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
