The department provides advice and support to individuals and SME clients across all matters, including a mix of contentious and non-contentious cases, working with both employers and employees.

Their clientele includes a mix of national and international clients.

You will also be working closely with the corporate department.

Requirements

· Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2years’ PQE in employment law.

· Solid understanding of UK employment legislation case law, and best practices.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide commercially-focused advice to clients.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
