Energy Consultant - London Ref:BM224This is an exciting opportunity to join an independent multidisciplined engineering consultancy who operate on a nationwide basis with offices in London.

My client is looking for an Energy Consultant to join a dynamic team of sustainability and energy experts to work on a range of projects across the UK.

Role responsibilities include:Carry out energy assessments on a range of commercial projects to ensure they are complying with UK building regulationsMake sure designs are inline with UK legislations, CIBSE guides, best practice and are environmentally sensitiveCarryout site visits and produce site reports from findings and evaluate post occupancy performancesProduce EPC's and Part L reports, as well as working alongside structural engineers, builders, and architectsThe ideal candidate will have:Degree within a Sustainability, engineering or building services disciplineExperience within a Sustainability engineering or consultancy roleHave at least a level 4 NDEA accreditation with previous experience generating EPCs for residential and commercial propertiesProficient with IES-VE software and a strong passion for sustainability and the built environmentExcellent communication and analytical skillsBenefits of the role include:Competitive salary that can vary dependant on experienceHybrid workingGenerous holiday allowancePension schemeOpportunities for career progression and developmentIf This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to sustainability please feel free to contact Ben Moore on (phone number removed) or email (url removed).
