Teacher Requirements:Being locally based is great but isn’t necessary as the location of the school is close to multiple main access routes.

You will need to be flexible with travel allowing for travelling times up to 1 hour.

Forming relationships and building rapport with students is one of the main skills we are looking for when shortlisting candidates, you must be able to engage with students and keep them engaged throughout the day so that their potential can be fulfilled resulting in no short comings when coming to their education.

We are looking to build a strong pool of candidates that can work on a daily basis and supply the school with a high standard of teaching and professional conduct.

Having the ability to adapt to differing circumstances is as must as you will be working with multiple year groups daily, so meeting the needs of varying individuals and the ability to change your teaching style where necessary is a MUST.
