You will be allocated your very own ECT Mentor that will guide and support you giving you the skills and confidence to succeed within your teaching career.

With a bespoke ECT induction programme, you will be well equipped to hit the ground running.

For our more experienced English Teachers, you will have the opportunity to take on responsibilities such as Subject Lead/ Year Group Lead and with a fantastic and supportive senior leadership team you will feel supported and valued from the moment you start.
