Participate in departmental meetings, professional development activities, and school events as required. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Specialism in English language and literature. Experience teaching English at the secondary level is desirable but not essential. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English education. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
