Infinigate has recently completed the acquisitions of the Cyber Security and Secure Networking business of Nuvias ( ), the Cyber Security VAD leader in the MEA region Starlink ( ) as well as the Cloud Service Provider Vuzion ( ) to boost its digital business model transformation.

The integration of these four highly successful businesses across EMEA is currently ongoing and will further establish Infinigate Group’s leading position and bring the group up to a revenue level of €2.

2bn in the fiscal year ending in March 2023.

SUMMARY

In this newly created position you will, together with the Executive Management and the ESG Committee, shape the Infinigate ESG strategy and goals aligned with our corporate commitments and drive the implementation of all ESG principles and activities into our operations and business practices.

You will serve as a catalyst for positive change and champion for key pillars in the overall Infinigate ESG strategy and commitments.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and assess ESG risks and opportunities.
  • Manage ESG regulatory watch, in particular regarding CSRD.
  • Develop and design the ESG strategy definition through interactions with the leadership teams across functions and divisions and business stakeholders.
  • Implement the ESG group strategy in coordination with all internal and external stakeholders; develop and communicate ESG practices and policies to employees.
  • Monitor and track ESG strategy implementation progress and ESG corporate performance and ensure that ESG initiatives and commitments are delivered on time and to standard.
  • Manage internal and external ESG reporting and communication.
  • Be responsible for the development, maintenance and execution of appropriate disclosure procedures related to ESG.
  • Stay updated on latest trends, technologies, and regulations related to sustainability.

KEY CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

For this role, you must further

  • Have 3+ years’ experience of ESG strategy development and implementation as well as project management.
  • Have strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to highlight trends and communicate important messages.
  • Have a deep understanding of corporate reporting standards and requirements – particularly CSRD requirements.
  • Have a data driven mindset along with the ability to be hands on.
  • Have experience using Microsoft Excel to view and manipulate data (e.g. Pivot Tables).
  • Have strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Be autonomous, dynamic and rigorous, knowing how to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English.
