Your new company
Hays is working with a large Public Sector client to find a new Chartered Surveyor to join their team.
Your new role
You will have the exciting opportunity to deliver their large-scale Ambition Plan for regeneration, inclusive growth, housing development and housing purchase scheme. You will be part of a team responsible for the disposal and acquisition of commercial and residential land and buildings.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate is an MRICS Surveyor with a degree in property related subject. You should have experience in commercial property valuation which compliments your ability to market property, negotiate sales and acquisitions of land and property. Experience of residential valuation would be great but not essential and there is in house support for those looking to upskill themselves as they go. Experience in the processes of a public sector organisation would also be advantageous.
