Estimator in London

Russell Taylor Group are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our clients team on a full time basis in Essex. My client are a family ran company, specialising in Painting and Decorating on commercial projects in London and surrounding counties.Duties: Assessing the total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labour for construction projects.Generating precise Schedule of Works based on drawings and specifications.Reviewing construction documents and analysing specifications.Creating estimates for project planning, organisation, and scheduling using fundamental principles.Strong communication skills with clients & suppliersLiaising with main clients concerning projects & RFI'sAttending tender meetings with clientsSubmitting in-depth quotations/tendersRequirements :- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations- Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite- Excellent numerical and analytical skills- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications- Strong communication and negotiation skillsJob Type: Full-time Pay: Up to £50,000 per year DOE Benefits: Company pensionEmployee discountFlexitimeFree parkingOn-site gymOn-site parkingTransport linksSchedule :8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental pay types: Bonus schemePerformance bonusEducation :Bachelor's (preferred)Experience :surveying: 5 years (required)Driving Licence (preferred)Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
