Overview:MJM Industrial are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing project requirements and providing accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
Duties:- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information- Evaluate labor, materials, and time requirements for each project phase- Prepare detailed proposals and bids for clients- Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction process- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality standards- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholdersSkills:- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry- Proven escperience with fit out projects- Proven experience with Electrical experience- Strong analytical and mathematical skills- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities- Attention to detail and accuracy in cost calculations- Knowledge of cost control techniquesThis is a permanent opportunity with MJM Industrial, Monday to Friday, office based.
