Role Description
This is a full-time office role for an Estimator.
The Estimator will be responsible for reviewing construction drawings, performing take-offs to produce accurate estimates, preparing tender packages, liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers to obtain quotations, and interfacing with clients to determine project scope and requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in the construction industry and knowledge of fa?ade solutions
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong mathematical skills to perform accurate calculations and take-offs
- Familiarity with tendering and estimating software/tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certifications such as Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) or Certified Cost Consultant (CCC) are an advantage
