Fabric Maintenance Engineer | North London / Hertfordshire | Commercial Property Maintenance | Up to £40,000 + company van, weekly pay, high amounts of paid overtime available & full employment package.Are you an experienced fabric maintenance engineer / maintenance multi trader? Are you seeking a rewarding role, with a wide variation of works with high earning potential and weekly pay?If you answered yes to the above, then we want to speak with you!Due to a growing demand in services, we are seeking a Fabric Maintenance Engineer / Multi Trader to join to forever growing team! You will be working on a mobile basis across Central London, North London, Hertfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire (within 90 minutes of your home address), carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance duties across a commercial portfolio of properties.Package: What is in it for you? * Attractive basic salary: £36,000 - £40,000 dependant on skillset * Status: PAYE, Permanent role. * Pay schedule: Weekly Pay (1 week in hand). * High amounts of paid overtime available: x1.5 Monday - Saturday until midnight. x2 rate overnight or anytime sundays and bank holidays. Earning potential: £5K - £15K per annum dependant on lifestyle choice. * Hours: Monday - Friday: 08:30am - 5:30pm. * Company van and fuel card provided. * Company pension, uniform, phone etc. * Regular pay reviews - performance based. * Genuine up-skilling and progression opportunities on offer. * On-Call rota 1 in 4 weeks (24 hour standby): £60 per call out / £80 on sundays and bank holidays. This rate covers travel time and first hour on-site, aside from this, you will be paid overtime rates. Predicted earnings: additional £5K-10K per annum. * OTE: £45k - £60K per Annum.Requirements: * City and guilds level 2 qualification or equivalent in any of the above trades would be advantageous, time served is also acceptable. * Able to legally work and drive in the UK.Skillset: Minimum skillset expectation would be as follows. Additional knowledge / experience in any of the below trades is advantageous: * Plumbing - taps, washers, flushers, internal blockages, basic pipework. * Carpentry - Fixtures & fittings, making good of areas, replacing locks, basic woodwork. * Painting and decorating - prep of surfaces, applying variety of paints, making good of areas. * Pumps - fault finding, repair and replacements (training can be provided if you are not experienced on this). * Fitting / replacing faulty/ broken ceiling tiles. * Patch tiling - walls, floors, ceilings etc.Advanced, advantageous skillsets would include: * Plumbing- installation of plumbing systems, pipework repair and installation, replacement toilets, showers, urinals etc. * Carpentry - hanging doors, installation of skirts, coving etc, advanced woodwork skills, roof pitching. * Painting and decorating - high spec finish of paintwork, wall papering, french polishing etc. * Tiling - installation / replacements: complete tiling to walls, ceilings, floors etc. * Plastering.Does this role sound of interest?
