The successful candidate will have a strong field service background ideally within a similar industry.Field Service Engineer Position OverviewTechnical Support: Provide technical support to clients both remotely and on-site, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues promptly and efficiently. Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous operation. Repair and Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, implementing necessary repairs and replacements of parts to restore functionality. Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission packaging equipment at client sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality according to specifications.
