Finance Manager in Manchester

Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Finance Manager for a growth focussed, service lead, SME, who are currently going through international expansion and looking for a forward thinking, driven individual to grow with them whilst taking full control of the finance function.

The Finance Manager / Financial Controller (No1) will own the finance function, challenge current methods and influence change to ensure a slick process, which is fit for purpose as the company scale from c£15m - £50m in the next 3 years.

With significant exposure to the SLT, you will have the chance to add value from day one and springboard your career through to FD.

Finance Manager - The Role

• Drive continuous improvement across systems and current process
• Put in place a robust budgeting and forecasts as the business expands
• Ensure strong cash flow forecasts, with both one of purchases and recurring revenue to consider.
• Contract analysis
• Challenge influence and lead senior leadership through key decisions
• Lead small team

The Finance Manager / Financial Controller position is ideal for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in growth organisations in either SaaS or recurring revenue streams and now want to take full ownership for the function from a day to day and strategic perspective.

The role will allow you to come to the table with ideas, challenge current process and recommend solutions to deliver best practice.

You will have experience in cross boarder markets, multi-currency environment driving FX strategy, used to maximising output from ERP’s such as Quickbooks, Sage or Xero.

Salary up to £70k + Benefits (Hybrid)
