Finance Manager in Manchester

I am currently partnering with an exciting fast growing company based in the city center of Manchester. They are currently seeking a Finance manager to join their busy finance team. This exciting role that offers amazing employee benefits and great flexibility.

They are looking for a finance manager to help run the daily operations of the finance department directly reporting to the Chief Finance Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take lead of monthly management accounts
* Assist with all budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
* Business partner to key stakeholders.
* Cash monitoring
* Ownership of the monthly payment run process.
* Negotiate across the business with external parties.
* Provide support on external reporting.
* Support with the quarterly/annual strategic planning process
* Assistance with KPI Board Packs, delivering strong financial analysis to challenge performance and drive profitability.
* Reporting on KPI's to better understand the overall performance of the business.
* Support the internal team with management reporting.
* Debtor control

Requirements:

* An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* People oriented and results driven
* Ideally experience working for a Tech company
* Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA
* A relentless attention to detail, accuracy & timely delivery
* Ability to partner with senior business leaders across the business
* Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
