Finance Manager in Nottingham

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and document multi-year strategic and operation plans that can be implemented
• Support management in development and achieving budgeted plans long term within business
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual departmental budgets
• Conduct regular employee analysis to identify skills gaps and liaise this information to board level and suggest recommended changes
• Develop succession plans inline with annual performance reviews to support employees
• Handle recruitment and retention of the Finance team where it is required

Skills & Experience

• Extensive previous experience essential
• Experience managing a team on a 121 level essential
• Ability to sit with board members and relay financial findings in an easy-to-understand manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• IT literate including Microsoft Suite
