An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance & Office Manager reporting to the business owner of a fast past and growing ticketing and events organisation. Working in the office based in Manchester centre you will be responsible for overseeing the ales and purchasing process of all hospitality and ticketing of live global music and sports events.What you will be doing in the role of Finance and Office Manager?Day to day management of a team of 6 in the officeChecking compliance of all sales processed on the systemEnsuring all correct paperwork has been processed and uploaded to the relevant online platformsKeeping the bespoke inhouse systems up to date and ensuring the quality of work processed by the wider team meets the company standardsMonitoring margins on all sales to ensure profit targets are met and all deals are commercially viableKeeping accurate records of all the purchases and sales made across the businessReconciliation of all salesEnsuring accuracy and integrity of all dataManaging all reporting and systems to keep accurate monthly accounts information to be shared with the accountantKeep accurate HR records in relation to payroll, holidays and attendanceDevelop and improve business processes to improve productivity and accuracy of workLiase with external accountants on monthly uk payroll and management accounts/ MI ReportingSupport the Company founder in developing and growing the business through overseeing the operationsWe would love to hear from you for the role of Finance & Office Manager if you have the following skills and experience?Previous management experience in an finance and operational roleExperience in manging financial data in relation to sales and purchase ledgerExcellent data analysis skillsAbility to work on MS excel and learn internal bespoke systems and CRMWhat you will LOVE about the role of Finance & Office Manager?Salary up to GBP35000 dependant on experienceWorking hours Mon-Fri 9.15-5.0028 days holidaysPensionGreat career opportunity, to grow with the business and make this role your ownFree parking onsiteIf this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV to us today!
