Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Finance Team as a full-time Finance Officer.

Your responsibilities will include:

Bank and payment channel reconciliations.

Ensures all invoices sent to clients are accurate and in a timely manner.

Carry out month end processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting including month end journals, analysis of accruals/prepayments and standardised financial reporting.

Production of financial reports.

Assist in preparation of Budgets and monthly forecasts.

Assisting with month end and year end closing.

Completion of daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the company.

Perform other related duties when required.

Supporting the Commercial manager and other team members.

Qualifications

What we need from you:

Working in an accounts role or similar

AAT Qualified

Experience of bank reconciliation

High level of analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to develop relationships and work collaboratively with head of departments via the phone and email as well as in person

Attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills essential

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Excellent IT User skills, particularly in
Microsoft Office Packages (especially Excel).
