Additionally, employees enjoy working in a bespoke, state-of-the-art office environment.Responsibilities: * Decision Making Support: Drive decision-making processes, ensuring financial implications and impacts on central functions are identified, understood, and acceptable before approval. * Management Accounts Review: Review and challenge the production of monthly management accounts and compare them to acquisition budgets. * Financial Reporting: Oversee the delivery of complete and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for a number of company entities. * Team Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to the finance team and oversee their progression & development * External Audit Coordination: Act as the primary contact for external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate audit processes. * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting and regulatory requirements are met on time.Requirements: * ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant. * Proven experience in a similar role * Strong double-entry bookkeeping knowledge, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and familiarity with accounting software systems. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial challenges. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. * Experience managing and developing finance teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. * Highly organised with a meticulous approach to work and a commitment to delivering accurate results on time. * Self-motivated with a proactive and can-do attitude, capable of handling tasks and driving results without close supervision. * Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing work priorities and environments.Additional Information: * £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, with flexibility depending on experience. * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension, and hybrid working arrangements
