WHO ARE THEY?

We are working with one of Manchester best luxury concepts for a search for their Food and Beverage Director. With a stunning food and beverage offering and restaurant and bar. You will be responsible for keeping and developing the reputation of the hotel and food and beverage offering and supporting the other management! With a focus on standards/ quality of food throughout the hotel and dinner and with fantastic service.

WHAT WILL YOU GET UP TO?

• Creating an amazing guest journey and experience.
• You will be ever-present operationally and actively managing the operations of HOD’s to get the best out of them and ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business.
• Management of all Food and Beverage outlets.
• Great understanding for Food and Beverage P&L management.
• Manage and develop the team.
• Driving the brand strategy in all elements of the business.
• Know your local market and understand how to maximise revenue within the business by looking at the bigger picture.
• Develops and implements strategies where key food and beverage metrics are identified, communicated and delivered where reports and tracking tools are effectively maintained in line with defined initiatives & targets.
• Build and maintain effective working relationship with all key stakeholders and partners both internal and external ensuring all communications and activities are controlled and undertaken in a timely manner.
• Establish and deliver effective programmes that advances service standards, profitability and cost control which may include working with internal and external stakeholders as required, whilst incorporating environmental concerns.

YOUR DNA:

• At least 2 years’ experience in hotel management and F&B operations. Lover of hospitality
• The support and develop a team.
• Setting clear goals and objectives for SOP’s and policies.
• Coaching and mentoring
