Job Summary:

As a General Manager, you'll lead contract operations to meet industry standards and client expectations, ensuring top-tier food service and support while managing teams and fostering growth for an independent day and boarding school. Key responsibilities include compliance, client management, and achieving commercial targets. This role entails working five days out of seven.

Responsibilities:

• Lead contract operations across multiple sites, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Manage client relationships and ensure commercial compliance.
• Drive solutions exceeding customer expectations.
• Analyse business performance and meet financial targets.
• Demonstrate commercial value to leadership.
• Ensure contractual commitments are exceeded.
• Motivate on-site teams and oversee reporting.

Ideal Candidate:

• Preferably from independent schools or a 5-star hotel background.
• Proven track record in leading successful teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and budgeting skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management.
• Ability to inspire high-quality service delivery.
• Foster inclusive leadership and support learning initiatives.
• Implement systems to enhance staff engagement and retention.
