Contract: Full-Time Position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PMSalary: Competitive, Based on the M1 - M6 Teaching Scale AND Determined by ExperienceTHE ROLE * Deliver engaging and effective geography lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.

* Develop and implement a curriculum that stimulates student interest and promotes a deep understanding of geographical concepts.

* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

* Build a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.

* Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, strategies, and best practices.

* Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development opportunities.

YOU * Enhanced DBS check.

* Previous experience within a school setting.

* QTS or relevant teaching or education qualification.

* Strong knowledge of the geography curriculum and effective teaching methods.

* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

* Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
