Key Responsibilities:• Provide support to the Building Surveying Team across various business issues• Undertake full Building Surveying duties under supervision• Assist in establishing client briefs, managing fees, cost control, and project supervision• Contribute to the efficient delivery of services to clients• Stay informed about current legal developments in construction and associated law• Maintain training and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements for RICS APC accreditationKey Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in a RICS accredited course• Working towards MRICS qualification• Possess strong numerical skills and ability to produce clear, concise reports• Effective written and verbal communication skillsIf you are ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to take the first step in your career as a Building Surveyor, we want to hear from you!
