Are you a chartered Building Surveyor looking for your next career move? My client is a leading private Building Consultancy dedicated to delivering high-quality services in the built environment. You will deliver project and professional-based building surveying work. The role is primarily focused on commercial property building surveying. Key Responsibilities: ·To carry out assigned duties efficiently and by processes and procedures ·Comply with established procurement/commercial/contractual strategies ·Take personal responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards Qualifications and Experience: ·Degree qualified in Building Surveying ·Specification writing skills ·A track record of working with teams and assisting with managing projects by prioritising workloads ·An understanding of JCT Contracts ·Client-facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery Even if you are happy in your current role for now, we always welcome calls from Building Surveying professionals who are keen to make their introductions for future months or years.
